There is zero customer service here. I received an update on Monday that my order was in progress and it is now Saturday and there has been no update since. They had no problem running the credit card immediately but the contents which are a gift are not going to get here on time. Judging by the other reviews of issues returning product this is the final time i will be ordering from them. Go anywhere else to buy golf gear/clubs. PGA Superstore, Golf Galaxy, sites like 2nd Swing all have much better service/response times.
I ordered over 3k of Ping customized clubs from TGW. They weren't able to provide me with any tracking info throughout the entire order on all clubs, shipping delays and on top of all of this overcharged my CC by $50 and I'm still in the process of getting refunded. Save yourself the time and don't buy from these guys! They are a joke...

Took advantage of a sale got great golf shorts. shipping was fast
I placed a substantial order 5/27. I received shipping confirmation 5/31. I've been tracking the package as my husband was leaving for a golf trip 6/7. Originally it was scheduled for delivery 6/2. That was later changed to 6/7. For 2 days, it has been mia somewhere in Grove City. Ohio. Obviously it didn't arrive as indicated in time for its intended purpose. I've emailed these idiots 4 times and CRICKETS. Horrible customer service. I won't be shopping there again. Honestly, go Macy's. Excellent customer service every time I've dealt with them and equal product quality
I bought a putter and the insert was too soft so I sent it back and got a refund. OK so I bought another putter, didn't work for me either. I sent back that one and they refuse to give me a refund, just store credit. I complained and they said the shipping department claims there was damage to the putter head. They do not know I took very high definition pictures of the whole putter and it shows PERFECT condition. If I have to take them to small claims court I will. BIg corporations think the can push anyone around but I will not be intimidated. TGW, never again.
Shipping is slow as heck, and they charge for it. They must use that ridiculously slow (and cheap) smart post. My order shipped on May 5, it's May 11 and I still haven't received it. Everyday when I check the status on TGW site, it is moved out a day. I mean really, if you are going to charge for shipping, have the decency to let people receive it in 3 days or so. For this type of slowness, it should have been "free" shipping.....
It has been over two weeks since my order was filled. Of course TGW selected FedEX Smart ship, which I believe means ship via "we don't give a F&*K" because the rates are so low it improves TGW margins. When I called to complain, they had the nerve to blame COVID... really ever other e-comm company has figured out that and can have items arrive within a few days.
I would strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing from this site... unless you really don't care when it might arrive.
This is very bad company with customer service. I have made a order on 4/5, and I was told the item will arrive on 4/17. But until today they showed still in process. I called them about 10 days ago, they told me the order will be canceled soon. But until now nothing they have done. I sent them emails twice but they returned and tell me do not send email again because too much emails to them now with doing nothing for my request.
My order is still in process! I have no idea what I can do.
Bought golf shoes and was promised delivery within 5-7 days. That was over 11 days ago and package has not been delivered and has dropped off the tracking grid. Called customer service and was told they could not help. I indicated that I might contact credit card company to dispute charges and was told to go ahead. The agent then hung up the phone. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

Horrible shipping The 1 star isn't based on the quality of the rain suit. Its because it took 3 weeks to receive it. I ordered from another company and received exact same rain suit in 4 days.
UPDATE: 15 minutes after posting this - I finally get a call back from TGW. He said they will refund my shipping costs and if I don't receive the package within a week, they'll mail it again for no cost. We shall see, but I appreciate the callback and will upgrade my review from one star to two stars for now, because they did finally reach out.
I ordered two shirts last week and paid extra for 2-day delivery. The package was never delivered. FedEx says they don't have a shipping date. For nearly a week, I have been trying to get ahold of someone. I've emailed three times, called three times. No one responds to emails and after a half-hour of holding, I gave up. I also asked for a call-back, nothing. Yet, my credit card was charged almost immediately after placing the order. I just want my money back; doesn't look there's any recourse.
